Body Balance CLASSES

BodyCycle is a high-energy rhythm based cycling class. Using the beat of the music, we'll sweat it out with high intensity intervals and dance-inspired choreography. Be prepared to emerge from our club style Cycle Studio soaking wet, high on endorphins and addicted to this intense cardio workout. *Music may be explicit

Cycling shoes, water, towel required ($3 rental for cycling shoes).

Focus on that beautiful beach body! Lots of work on lifting and building a juicy round booty and tightening sexy abs. This high-intensity class is for all levels. Taught by highly trained instructors and master motivators come ready to build the physique of your dreams!

BodyBARRE is an energetic, full body workout that uses strength and stretching techniques to reshape bodies and challenge even the strongest athletes. Barre workouts, inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga, is guaranteed to create long, lean, and strong muscles. BodyBarre is guaranteed to give you the dancers’ physique you’re after. All classes are taught to fun, energizing music.

Grip socks and a towel are recommended.

Honolulu's only class featuring the Microformer! BodyCore is a high intensity, low impact, core focused fitness experience.

This 45min heart pumping class will have you sweating, shaking and asking for more!

BodyFlow Yoga is an opportunity to move the body through a traditional restorative flow using the breath. You’ll build internal heat, increasing stamina, strength and flexibility. 

BodyFlow Yoga & Sound Bath: This gentle flow is followed by a 20-minute crystal bowl sound bath. 

A sweatshirt or small blanket are recommended for this class.

Pilates reformer classes promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Utilizing many different exercises, clients build strength by pushing or pulling the carriage or holding steady against the power of the resistance springs. This is a beautiful class for all levels and will help you build core strength and long, lean muscles!

Level 1: Reformer 1 allows beginners and experienced clients to focus on proper form and alignment.  Beginners will learn to connect to and activate the muscles of the Core.  Returning guests will enjoy a deeper focus on fundamental Pilates movements.

Level 1/2: This class covers BB Levels 1 and 2 Reformer movements.  Guests explore intermediate level exercises while maintaining a focus on alignment and core activation.  The tempo of this class will keep your body and mind challenged.

Level 2: This class incorporates BB Level 2 Reformer exercises.  Proper body alignment and muscle activation are still at the foundation of this class but there are minimal breaks between exercises.  The tempo of this class will kick up your heart rate and heat up your body.

Pilates Mat is low impact, core intensive workout that challenges the body and the mind.  We focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. We will target every muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging the core with each movement. Expect to sweat to great music, lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements! End with a full body stretch and a calming mindfulness moment. All levels welcome!

*Grip socks recommended.

BodyStretch will help you reach your flexibility goals, elongate your muscles, and reduces muscle injury and fatigue. We will lengthen muscles, release tension and promote joint mobility and stability. In this class be prepared to work on a variety of isolation, movement, foam rolling, and stretching exercises to get you to touch your toes, bend and snap, hit the splits, and open your hips! This class is all levels and beginner friendly.

*Hands-on adjustments may be necessary. Grip socks recommended.

45 Minutes

BodySTRONG focuses on weight lifting to build lean muscle mass and develop a tight, toned body. This class encompasses weights, bands, TRX straps and body weight moves to create a dynamic and effective strength training session. This is a low cardio workout but expect an elevated heart rate, building muscles and of course, get ready to SWEAT!

Athletic shoes required.
